Recently, our team had the opportunity to visit Vital Years School in Zaria and speak with students about the exciting and diverse career paths available in the technology industry. This is part of the activities set by the #1BillionProject

During our visit, we discussed the various roles available in technology, from software development and data analysis to user experience design and project management. We emphasized that there is a place for everyone in the tech industry, regardless of their background or interests.

One of the highlights of the visit was speaking with the students about the different paths they can take to pursue a career in technology. We shared our own personal experiences and the paths we took to get where we are today, and discussed the importance of continuing to learn and grow throughout one’s career.

We also discussed the importance of diversity and inclusion in the technology industry. We emphasized that a diverse workforce brings fresh perspectives and ideas, leading to more innovative and successful projects. Additionally, we highlighted the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
